Our story

Rosewood began in 2011 as a hands-on building services contractor, focused on responsive maintenance and small works for commercial clients across the South.
Over time, through repeat business and trusted relationships, our portfolio expanded into increasingly complex refurbishment and infrastructure projects — particularly within live, operational environments where safety, stakeholder coordination and programme control are critical.
Today, Rosewood Construction Group operates through two complementary divisions:
- Rosewood Building Services – our established regional, small works maintenance and refurbishment arm.
- Rosewood Construction Services – our principal contracting division delivering larger capital and infrastructure works.
