As client trust deepened and project scale increased, it became clear there was a need for a dedicated principal contracting arm capable of delivering larger capital works.
Rosewood Construction Services (RCS) was formed to meet that demand.
RCS focuses on structured preconstruction, risk-managed delivery and controlled stakeholder engagement — particularly within complex, live environments.

At Rosewood Construction Services, health and safety is fundamental to how we plan, procure and deliver our projects.
We operate structured HS&E management systems aligned with CDM requirements and are CHAS accredited, demonstrating our commitment to recognised industry standards.
Safety is not treated as a site-only responsibility — it begins at preconstruction.

Working in Live Environments
Many of our projects are delivered in operational settings such as airports, theatres and occupied commercial buildings.
In these environments, HS&E management extends beyond workforce safety to include:

Our internal Permit to Dig system, supported by service mapping reviews, CAT scanning, trial holes and, where required, vacuum excavation methods, is an example of how safety is embedded into workflow rather than treated as a paperwork exercise.
