Managing Director – Rosewood Construction Group
Lewis leads Rosewood Construction Services and is responsible for overall operational performance, strategic growth and project governance.
With extensive experience in managing refurbishment and infrastructure works within live environments, Lewis brings structured preconstruction planning, commercial awareness and delivery discipline to each project. He oversees programme control, risk management and stakeholder coordination, ensuring projects are delivered safely, professionally and in line with client expectations.
His focus is on building long-term client relationships through transparency, accountability and consistent delivery standards.
Jack Drever
Director – Rosewood Building Services
Jack is a Director of Rosewood Building Services and co-founded the business alongside Lewis, helping establish the operational standards and client relationships that underpin the Group today.
He plays a key role in overseeing RBS delivery, supply chain coordination and client account management. With extensive experience in maintenance, refurbishment and live environment works, Jack ensures projects are delivered efficiently, safely and with clear communication throughout.
His practical leadership and long-standing client relationships have been instrumental in the sustained growth and reputation of Rosewood Building Services.
Rob Brown
Director – Rosewood Construction Services
Rob founded Rosewood and has overseen the development of the business from its origins in building services to a structured construction group delivering complex capital projects.
He provides strategic direction across the Group, with particular emphasis on client relationships, commercial positioning and sustainable growth. Rob remains closely involved in major project oversight, ensuring Rosewood’s core principles — professionalism, communication and accountability — are maintained as the business expands.
His leadership has shaped Rosewood’s reputation as a dependable regional contractor built on trust and repeat business.
Pat Hughes
Operations Director – Rosewood Construction Services
Pat is responsible for overseeing project delivery across the Group, ensuring operational standards, programme control and quality benchmarks are consistently maintained.
With broad construction experience across refurbishment and infrastructure works, Pat plays a key role in coordinating site teams, supply chain performance and logistics planning. He works closely with project managers and supervisors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with specification.
His structured approach supports predictable outcomes across multiple live sites.
Carl Sykes
Retained HS&E Consultant
Carl has overseen Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) performance across Rosewood’s operations for over 12 years and remains an integral part of our delivery team. As HS&E Manager, Carl works closely with our site and management teams to provide leadership, guidance and assurance across all stages of project delivery, helping to maintain safe working environments and consistent compliance standards.
Carl is also responsible for keeping the Group aligned with evolving legislation, industry best practice and regulatory requirements, ensuring both our operational and office environments continue to meet the highest standards.

Anna Crowshaw
Group Finance Manager – Rosewood Construction Group
Anna provides executive and operational administrative support across the Group, ensuring systems, documentation and internal processes run efficiently.
She coordinates compliance documentation, supports project mobilisation and maintains structured communication between office and site teams. Anna plays a key role in maintaining organisational consistency and supporting the leadership team.
Her attention to detail and organisational discipline contribute to Rosewood’s professional and structured approach.
Sammy Colling
Administrator & Business Development – Rosewood Construction Group
Sammy supports both administrative operations and business development activities across the Group.
She assists with tender submissions, client communications and prequalification processes, while also supporting marketing initiatives and relationship management. Sammy plays an active role in coordinating enquiries and maintaining professional presentation across documentation and external communications.
Her dual focus on administration and growth supports Rosewood’s continued development and client engagement.
Rob Dominey
Contracts Manager – Rosewood Building Services
Rob oversees the management and delivery of contracts across Rosewood Building Services, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently and in line with agreed commercial and programme requirements.
He is responsible for coordinating project teams, managing subcontractor performance and maintaining direct communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of each scheme. Rob plays a key role in ensuring that planned and reactive works are delivered with minimal disruption, particularly within occupied and operational environments.
With a practical, solutions-focused approach, he supports consistent standards across multiple live sites, reinforcing RBS’s reputation for reliability, professionalism and controlled delivery.
Paul Phillips
Quantity Surveyor – Rosewood Construction Services
Paul supports the commercial delivery of projects from preconstruction through to final account.
His responsibilities include subcontractor procurement, cost planning, interim valuations and financial reporting. Paul works collaboratively with site teams and project managers to ensure commercial decisions align with programme requirements and project risk profiles.
His structured approach contributes to predictable financial outcomes and strong client confidence.
Mark Presley
Quantity Surveyor – Rosewood Construction Services
Mark provides commercial management across a range of projects, overseeing cost control, procurement and contract administration.
He is responsible for managing valuations, variations and financial reporting, ensuring commercial transparency and disciplined budget management throughout project lifecycles. Working closely with the operational team, Mark supports early risk identification and cost forecasting to maintain programme and financial certainty.

Dan Coniam
Project Manager – Rosewood Construction Services
Dan is responsible for the coordination and delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion.
He manages programme sequencing, subcontractor coordination and stakeholder communication, ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with specification. Dan plays a key role in monitoring progress, managing site logistics and maintaining quality standards across live environments.

Nick West
Project Manager – Rosewood Construction Services

Gary Bowers
Site Supervisor – Rosewood Construction Group
Gary is responsible for day-to-day site supervision, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining on-site safety and quality standards.
With significant hands-on experience in refurbishment and external works packages, Gary ensures works are delivered in line with programme while maintaining a clean, organised and compliant site environment. He plays a key role in implementing RAMS, monitoring workmanship standards and liaising directly with clients and stakeholders on site.

Christian Hacker
Site Manager – Rosewood Construction Services
Christian is responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day management of site operations.
He coordinates trades, monitors workmanship standards and ensures compliance with project-specific RAMS and health & safety procedures.
